Coaching sessions usually last an hour. Like most coaches, I coach on the phone or via Skype. All coaching starts with a one-hour sample session to allow us to assess whether we are a good match for each other and to design our alliance. Sessions usually take place once per week or once every other week, and the frequency is flexible to meet your current needs.
Because coaching works over time, I suggest that you plan on regular coaching sessions for at least two to three months, or more depending on your goals. After you and I have worked together for some time and have come to know each other, it may make sense to spread out our sessions as needed to boost your superpowers in the face of any new challenges that arise.
